Short term marriage of less then 5 years and no children.  Represented the wife in the divorce action and in the civil cause of action- Tevis claim.  BMB client settled for 3 years of living in the marital home with mortgage and all expenses paid.  Health insurance and car payment paid for by the husband for the next 3 years.  Alimony for the next 3 years in the amount of $2,000 a month.  In addition to the above settlement and pursuant to equitable distribution, wife shall be paid a total of $210,000.
