State v. M.D.

Unlawful possession of drugs and weapon trial: NOT GUILTY

Alleged year long investigation based on phantom confidential informant during that year they never caught client engaged in any illegal activity. On the day he was stopped per the police report they put that he went through a stop sign to give rise to PC to pull him over but there was no stop sign at that location. They then took vehicle confiscated and allegedly found guns and drugs inside the vehicle. Our position was that the stop was unlawful and that the evidence was unlawful.
